Women in Management - Overview

This two-day course is aimed at stimulating and energizing women in management to maximise their potential. Through the exploration of practical issues that women regularly face in the workplace, the course framework will provide effective strategies for mastering a variety management skills and will focus on women and their needs as managers.
Who will benefit from the workshop?
Women who have management potential, those new to management and those whose skills need developing further. The course is equally relevant to those in the public or private sectors, and to women entrepreneurs who are running their own businesses.
What does the programme cover?
The programme is wide ranging and takes participants through four key development areas
Identification
You have talent, skills, experience, entrepreneurial skills and potential, learn how to utilise your qualities and achievements
Exploration
The experiences of men and women are very different in large organizations, learn to reinterpret the familiar findings about sex differences in work behaviour
Communication
Managers do not work in isolation. Learn how to develop the ability to influence both individuals and groups to work towards attaining organisational goals.
Transformation
Your goal in using this program should be to explore and develop your enormous abilities when you are aware of your skills and talents at a deep level you will be better empowered to use them in both your personal and professional life
